The RAF Association Amsterdam Branch is profoundly saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty The Queen. Her Majesty followed in her father His Majesty King George VI’s footsteps to become the royal patron of the Association in 1952.
Her sense of service to the nation and strength of character has been an inspiration to us all. We are immensely thankful for her lifetime of faithful service and we mourn her passing deeply.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with the Royal Family at this difficult time.
We, as the RAFA Amsterdam Branch, want to give our condolences to the Royal family and all those closely involved with the Queen.
If you would like us to add your condolences to those we will be sending, please do so below. After Her Majesty’s funeral, they will be compiled and sent to His Majesty The King.
As the new King said in his accession speech, the Queen gave an example of lifelong love and selfless service to the Royal family, the Kingdom, and the wider family of nations.
We can only thank her for her dedication and devotion during her long reign.

Welcome to the Royal Air Forces Association’s (RAFA) Amsterdam Branch’s new website which is under construction. RAFA is a forward looking organisation and a registered charity, with over 63,500 members world-wide, and provides friendship and welfare support for serving and ex-serving RAF personnel and their dependants – over 40,000 individuals are helped each year. We hope that as you read further through the links on our website that you will be enthused to join our Branch. Over the years that our Branch has been active, we have been very fortunate in having people prepared to give of their time and talents in assisting the Royal Air Force Family; sadly many are no longer with us, but if you are a member who has not joined in for a while it would be great to see you again, we know you will still have plenty to offer. Join our branch or get involved.
